You can recycle mobile phones and their chargers.

How do I recycle it?
  • Delete the data from your phone or remove the SIM card
  • Disconnect the phone from the network (contact your network supplier to do this)
  • Switch the phone off

 

Where do I recycle it?

 

What happens to it?
  • Phones that don't work, are broken or are really old, are broken down into their individual components for recycling.
  • Phones that still work well and can be reused are refurbished and re-sold as secondhand mobile phones.
